So Gibson are rightly challenging DiMarzio's trademark for double cream bobbins. Crazy trademark that never should have been granted IMO. It ended up creating some seriously fugly HSS guitars over the years which had cream single coils and a black humbucker.
It's been nice having pickup winders in other parts of the world who've told DiMarzio to do one anytime they've tried a cease and desist.
But then Gibson go and do something equally lame and are trying to trademark Paf. My main response to that is bit fucking late guys.
