Hello! Just completed my first PedalPCB build a few weeks ago (Caesar Chorus) and was surprised at how well it turned out given my limited abilities. Saw a post in the forum where someone was looking for help on an old DOD FX series pedal, so thought I'd give it a shot here too.
Picked up a non functional DOD FX75 Stereo Flanger for a relative bargain a few days ago. Fella from the advert said it turns on, no sound, and you can't turn it off. Thought I'd try my hand at repairing it, as I have the FX65 Chorus and like it a lot. Cleaned up the pots and jacks with De-Oxit and adjusted the footswitch a bit, and now the LED will turn on and off. Still no sound though, even in bypass. Thinking it might be a grounding issue, but not quite sure where to start. Or would it be related to the buffer?
Hoping someone can point me in the right direction. Thanks!
