Don't know what I was thinking, didn't get enclosure drilled.

I did get it printed with thanks from dmnCrawler tutorials.

This is for the Lot Lizard which I will eventually start to build. I haven't started the buffer I got a few months back, by a few months I mean last August.
Hopefully my holes line up.

It helps to use a vise to hold it perfectly still and dampen the vibration, be sure to use rubber jaws or plywood scraps to keep from marring the surface. Use a small pilot drill, like 3/32" or 1/8" first, this will help to guide the final size drill.

Roll your drill bit on a perfectly flat surface before putting it into the drill to be sure it isn't bent, even if it's new - I've had drills that wouldn't roll right out of the box. If it doesn't it will crack the cr@p out of the paint with vibration.

If you know someone that has a drill press, that's the best way to go! Wear eye protection when drilling any metal, eyes heal very slowly if at all!!!!

Thanks, but been making holes in metal for a very long time. I'm just lazy and should have them drilled while I had it printed.
My dad taught me how to use a drill press in 1967 when I was 11, same year I started playing guitar. Started rebuilding lawnmowers when I was 8, lol....
