Drill Template for the Electrovibe with rectangular switch?

Hi. I'm looking for a Tayda drill template for the Electrovibe with the rectangular toggle switch. I found this in the forums:

It has the holes for all the pots and a rectangle in place where it needs to be but it's not actually marked as a drill marker on the left side. There are 11 holes listed and that would be the 12th but it's not there. I've never used the Tayda drill service before and it's giving me anxiety. If anyone knows of a drill template where all 12 holes are inputed, that would be great!

The rectangular cutout is on the Lines tab. It's specified as four straight line cuts rather than as a "hole" or "shape".
