1590XX dual pedal (2x 4 knobs) within 1590XX

I'm about to build a Promethium + Hyped Fuzz dual pedal;

- Both pedals are the 4 knobs layout, but with Hyped Fuzz (being the left pedal) having a toggle in between the two bottom knobs
- Extra top holes between in/out and DC jack are for the [FZ-2's fuzz 1 + 2 mod] and [pedal order] toggles
