A call to the Gurus, from this page, complete a Dual 10 pro and the left side, when I apply more volume, it distorts too much even if I turn up the drive it makes a lot of noise, even in low volume it sounds distorted, some help you can give me I will be grateful. The TL071 and 72 were replaced and still the same, the right side works fine but little bit muddy, the tone has to be cranked to max.

I think there is my problem

The right side “green side” is really muddy and the tone needs to be pretty high to even out. That’s just how it is. Your left “blue” side should clean up very nicely if you already swapped the Ic’s I would make sure all of your resistor values are correct. A simple wrong value could cause the gain to be so high that even when low it’s distorting. Also might want to reflow a few of the resistors. Can we see the bottom of the board?

Im used a A100k pot with a 100k resistor to drop the value to A47k value pot its close to A50k pot. i should receive the rest of the parts wednesday. The problem is the Blue Side, could be a wrong value of the resistors. Tomorrow i will continue, Thanks

All of your opamp voltages are normal.
Have you listened to demos of the real pedal? Maybe it's working as designed.
Do more visual inspection until you find the bad solder joint, wrong part, short, etc.
Until there are some Build Docs, there's not much more we can do to help.
