Dumb question :) perf

I bought the adhd and I’m a new builder. I’m still waiting on my enclosure but I assume I should break the pcb and the 3pdt breakout board off right? They look perforated but not easy to snap loose. Cut them? Or leave it all intact? Layout wise it wouldn’t make sense to leave the board as is and not separate them but how are folks cleanly separating them from the board holding them both together?

It looks to me that you should separate the main board and foot switch board from the frame that holds them together. You will need to snap them.

Figured so but they don’t snap Easy. Just curious other folks experience

They break pretty clean. I try to work them back and forth once or twice and 'pop'.

I use an x-acto knife to further score the dotted line, sometimes with a steel ruler to guide the blade.

This is the same method I use for vero & perf, as sawing produces too much toxic dust.
