Duo-Phase 3PDT popping

Hi all,

I thought I was done with this board.. I had it all tested without issues before I boxed it up... and now I'm getting (or maybe I didn't notice before boxing) loud popping when pressing both of the 3PDTs. I've looked over, resoldered, and used Isopropyl and a tooth brush to clear up flux around the LED, in/out jacks, and the 3PDTs. The switch popping goes away when I disconnect the signal LEDs. I know there's some options of pulldown resistors, adding higher resistance to the LEDs (I'm using ultra bright pinks), and others.

Would someone be able to provide some guidance on how I should best proceed with this? I did previously had the signal LEDs staying slightly lit when disengaged that I cleared up with reflowing the 3PDT pins and connections. Not sure if it's a general grounding issue or where to go from here.

Thanks!
