It went together fairly easily, the only real issues I experienced were the trim knobs needing some precise settings because when in the 27v mode the pedal would squeal like hell. I basically adjusted them both down until the squealing stopped.
Second issue was the bypass footswitch didn’t seem to like the Lovemyswitches switch pcb. I swapped to a hard wire and it’s worked great.
I socketed the charge pump and the Q2 germanium transistor. Currently have a 2N404 in there, about 150 hFE, unknown leakage.
I really like this pedal. 9v, low gain for just a touch of overdrive when playing harder, and minimal bass cut. With my tele and jazzmaster it sounds great.
