SOLVED Electro-vibe Working but with Issues

So this is the second Electro Vibe I've built. First one worked great. This one, the volume on the chorus side is MUCH quieter than on the Vibe side, when I turn the speed up to max the bulb stops flashing and just stays on even after I turn the speed back down (gain and bias adjust doesn't fix this), and in general the depth of the effect isn't as pronounced and nice sounding as it was on my first one.

I couldn't find any bad connections and the parts are all exactly the same as the last one I made. Does anyone have any ideas?

Might be an issue with the dual gang speed pot grounding out, might be an insulation issue.

Possibly. Those dual gangs sit really close to the board. I will check

So that didn't work, but I replaced the bulb and it worked just fine. I guess it was just a bad lamp? Odd.

Having a similar issue, I have no clue why when I turn my speed pot max, the LFO stops cycling. It works again when I turn the speed down and rebias, but as soon as the Speed is maxed again, it stops cycling. No clue what the issues is
