Electrovibe toggle question

I have a question on the toggle for the Electrovibe (non-mini).
The parts list shows one of the mini toggle options as Tayda sku A-4736 DPDT (on-on), so I got that one.

On the PCB, there are 3 pads for the toggle.
Can I use one side of the DPDT and leave the other 3 lugs empty (or jump the empty ones to the other 3 lugs that would connect to the PCB) or should I get an SPDT version like Tayda sku A-4734?

Also, on the PCB, the toggle’s pads show C & V on the outside of the 3 pad “box”.
Can I assume the mini toggle is non-denominational and I can connect the toggle’s 3 lugs either way?

Yes, just wire up one side of the DPDT and ignore the other.

The toggle switch can be installed in either direction, the C/V markings on the PCB are just for reference.
