Electrovibe voltage regulator

So this has been bugging me since I looked at the schematic and ordered parts.

The parts list and schematic clearly show a 78l12 regulator after that in the power supply section it notes 15v and indicates all the 15v points in the circuit it connects. But it’s a 12v regulator! Th e harbinger 1.5 over at madbeans uses a 78l15.

This seems to be one of the more popular builds so I’m sure this must work, but it’s just been bugging me. My build I’m actually showing 13.55v coming off the regulator which is confusing me even more. But this power supply actually is 10.3v so maybe that’s why?

Anyways is this alright is it just a typo of the 15v?

I was about to create a new thread about this. The schematic says +15V, but the regulator is +12V. 15v regulators are easily available, does anyone know if I can use one instead of the 12v regulator?

Even more puzzling, the schematic shows the lamp getting 18V, but the lamp is spec'd for 12V.
If I'm not mistaken, the +18V and +15V are the unloaded PS values. With the loads applied, the voltages work within the design parameters of the circuits' design and components. I'd stick with the BOM and designated component values to avoid any issues.
