My build for the Exteme Scream Machine. Compared to the Maxon Extreme Overdrive OD808X.
I literally wanted this pedal just because of the video I attached a screen shot of. Eric from Hate Eternal has great metal tone. He uses this pedal to tighten up his Marshall JCM800.
On its own it really nothing spectacular but it does give a little different flavor when running it into the gain channel of a Marshall. It's another one of those pedals that I had to have in my arsenal.
I think the enclosure and graphics came put really good for a change. Not perfect by any means but a nice improvement. The picture makes it look a lot nicer than it is. In the right lighting there are a bunch of visible flaws. But, Whatever, it's my flawed little guy. I didn't have any 510k resistors so I just combined some to get the proper value.
Overall nice and easy build.
