First partscaster: A 24" scale Tele

I finally built a partscaster and I love how the project turned out!
I'm a small dude and I've always wanted a 24" scale Telecaster, so I bit the bullet and assembled one myself.
The body is a 7/8 Tele body from Warmoth and the neck is a roasted maple Jag neck, also from Warmoth.
For the pickups, I put a Lollar Firebird in the neck and a Zexcoil noiseless '64 Tele in the bridge.

Beyond impressed with all the parts.

A few other notes:
I used threaded inserts for the neck bolts (and had to fill and redrill them after a screwup).
Painting the body was really not fun. First attempt was wood stain, which looked like a dried up dog turd. I sanded that off and did Duplicolor primer and Perfect Match, with GluBoost lacquer shot as the clear. It started cracking all over with giant craters. I stripped all that off and started over again. Third time was the charm, redoing the Duplicator method, but using a 2K clear instead. It's not perfect, but plenty good enough for me. Next time I'm 100% having Warmoth do the painting.

Mmmmmmm, that’s some sexy shit right there. How do you like the firebird in the neck? Have toyed with the though of adding one to my vintera tele

I've long been tempted to try a 24 3/4" scale Tele. I seem to like the shorter scale for the sound. It's chunkier and less pretty!

Warmoth parts are amazing.

Hmm reloaded the thread a few times, still no pics.

Cleared the browser cache, still no go. I'll try again tomorrow. Sometimes that does it.
