First PCB layout - How did I do?

I've just finished my first PCB layout for my modified FF. It's not as tightly laid out or symmetrical as the commercial ones I've used, but I took my time and did my best! I followed the process from Pedal Division's video.
  • The DRC in PCB editor is producing warnings re: schematic parity "Duplicate footprint" and "Extra Footprint". I'm pretty sure this is because I edited a couple of footprints while in the PCB editor instead of doing in the schematic editor and then updating the PCB. The problem is that when I click on the warning and it creates coordinates where the extra footprint is, there is nothing at that location in any of the layers, so I have no idea as to how to remove the extra/duplicate footprints. In some cases, it's pointing outside of the pedal boundaries entirely. The only clue I have is that they all use "REF**" Can I safely ignore these warnings?

  • The 2nd thing I'm encountering is that the graphic outline of the Electrolytic caps and the Transistors are showing up on the F.fab layer instead of the F.Silkscreen layer where all of the other component outlines are. They can only be selected as components (not graphics), so they can't be moved in the footprint properties dialog. Deleting them, deletes the components entirely. I'm assuming that these wont cause an issue during fabrication?

EDIT: I jumped the gun here and there are some really significant errors in the wiring. I'll post the circuit asap when I get things sorted out...

At first glance, the SW wiring is wrong. Power should go to CLR resistor -> LED -> SW pad
Yup. I just noticed a couple of other issues too...definitely jumped the gun! I just deleted the circuit from this post and will repost an updated version after I fix some pretty significant mistakes!
