I boxed up a Effects Layouts Frizz. When I plug in it hums like crazy and the output is glitchy and cutting in and out. And it's making weird noises when turning the pots. I messed around with it for over an hour and needed to step back from. Attached is the video of it. Any of these symptoms evident of something obvious? Grounding? Bad IC's?
