FV1 in Unison double tracker

Hello
I would like to build the Unison double tracker but I don’t understand what is the FV1 IC. Where do I buy it ? Does it come with the board ? From what I gather it’s another chip that comes with the board.

The board DOES come with an eeprom chip that has the double tracker algorithm on it. You need that in addition to the fv-1
