GCI N.E.W CTG : Can you recognize what's in there ? [SOLVED]

I think i got it :

"
Is the "N.E.W. CTG" on the GCI website the Cisneros Tone Generator?
Yes, it is. "

"Yes I did make one thing called the Cisneros Tone Generator - it was a DS1, DOD250 and a JFET clean blend in one pedal. Might be time to resurrect that idea."

DS1, 250, clean blend, I did build those things, I could connect them together and make my own CTG already...
The three are in parallel, as you’ll not in the schematic. You’ll need to make a parallel effects loop for them (not too hard) to make it.
Apostle is an OR120/GT120 emulation, no clean blend. These are expensive guitar amps, are you sure it's suited for bass ?

Edit : I see Fuzzonaut did it already : https://forum.pedalpcb.com/threads/i-was-repeatedly-told-to-go-and-build-something.12417/post-130031
Everything is suited for bass if you’ve brave enough ;)
Really though, clean blends are sorta pointless for Amp-in-a-box style pedals imo, while they’re more useful for more traditional overdrive and distortion pedals. I’m not super well versed in the whole Orange/Matamp thing since they’re not really a common pairing with the genres I typically focus on, but it seemed like it would be a fun one. I’m especially a sucker for anything with a rotary switch 😂. The Apostle should be totally fine on bass though— keep in mind some of the coolest bass tones were recorded with guitar heads.

Well, here's a taste for you to judge yourself, I'd say it's totally fine on bass.
------------
Testing the Dunwich DIY Apostle with a short bass loop.
One loop clean,
then Apostle "clean" with Gain/Boost dialed back,
bringing up boost,
then gain,
switching tone stack around 0:40
and again boost up
then gain up, then both
clean loop at the end
Bass/Treble stayed around noon.
Volume was always around 3/10.
This thing is LOUD!!!

Thank you for your demo !

You are right, sounds like these two circuits are working great together. Apostle doesn't cut low frequencies as I suspected.

I should have seen it coming : I was being reasonable, thinking "I don't really need this", now I am sure i'll build one too, sooner than later.

Giant enclosures scares me, I might build them separatly.

I told a guy about the CTG project in a conversation so I might be making one for him. I tried to convert the build doc to the tayda drill thing, but if any of you use it make sure to double check it and adjust for the parts you intend to use, this is for the big DC jacks and an 8mm bezel for a 5mm LED
