Guitar knob bushings?

Anybody know a source for bushings for knobs for guitars? Specifically something that will fit on a 24-spline knurled split shaft knob and is 3/8" OD.

I've got a guitar I want to rewire and I really like the original knobs. The bushings cracked and are not salvageable. Worse comes to worst, I'll have to choose new knobs I guess
