SOLVED HAARP troubles

Hi! I'm new to the forum and still pretty noob-y in the pedal-building world.
I successfully soldered a good dozen of pedals by numbers but don't have too much in-depth knowlege about the theory of it all.

So I'm getting a normal bypass signal. When I switch it on, the only thing working is the dry signal pot, giving a slight boost after 12 o'clock
(which it should, right?). But no wet signal/effect whatsoever. Also no unwanted noises or static/crackling. Just the dry signal.

I was having quite a hard time soldering the FV-1 with my sluggish broad tip, so maybe something's wrong there?
What did I miss?

Any help is appreciated, thanks and greetings!
Hannes

The first thing you missed was the bottle of IPA (isopropyl alcohol, not the beer) and the tooth brush to clean to clean the board with. A clean board makes it easier to see any potential issues with the soldering. As this looks now, you may have a few soldering issues on the FV-1 but it could also be rosin making it look that way. Another reason to clean off the rosin is that when its heated it is activated, leaving it on a board could cause problems down the road if there is a hot spot, it could become activated and accelerate a problem via corrosion. Not a big issue at 9V, but if soldering a higher voltage/current circuit it is.

Do you have a multimeter that you can use to check continuity between FV-1 pins? Or better yet, an audio probe to see where the signal is stopping in the circuit?
