Input levels in the terrarium -- guitar pickups

Hi there! Sorry if that's been already discussed, but I could not find any thread re the buffered ( I suspect) input from the guitar pickups into to the daisy ( nor could I find the terrarium schematics to understand )
It seems to me that to make the best out of input signal vs the daisy ADC resolution, some adjustments should be done.
Could someone give me hints, and may be the schematics ?

re my post I meant some adjustments should be done depending on the kind of pickups ( humbuckers are more "heavy" than single coils )
