I breadboarded this a long while back, noticing some strange values when I reclaimed it for committing to the final product on PCB.
For reasons I don't quite know, I came up with this weird control interface for the original breadboard. Perhaps there was some strange logic in the slightly off component fixings at the time; I don't honestly recall why I did this. In any case, here's the final version, with corrected values and following the esteemed @Chuck D. Bones' suggestions for omitting unnecessary parts.
A nice boost, which can get into a mildly dirty overdrive sound when dialled up. Works in a good partnership with the Simulcast, which fact I discovered by accident.
Title tips the hat to Edgard Varèse, one of FZ's great faves as you probably already know. A nice relaxing build which does its job without complaints or issues.
