Hi, I recently assembled a pcb through EasyEDA and it's not working properly. I hope someone here can help.
I took the schematic from Pedal PCB but made 4 obvious mistakes:
Connecting VCC gives me a very splattery fuzz sound which is pretty good actually, but not what I was expecting here (and collector of Q3 gives an octave fuzz sound which I really like).
I assume that the transistors are not biased properly and that voltage is disappearing, but I hope that someone smarter than me can help.
I have checked all components and the are correct, and I have connection with a DMM for every part.
I took the schematic from Pedal PCB but made 4 obvious mistakes:
- Connected (-) input to c100 positive side (instead of c100 positive side to (+) input and negative to (-).
- Forgot to connect q2 to c9 + side.
- C2 is backwards
- c101 is a 4.7uf (as I didn't have a spare 2u2). Would chaning the value of this affect the pedal?
