I finally got around to building my lab rat. I have to say it’s one of my favorite sushi box pedals to date. I love Rats (I realize you either love or hate them) but this takes it to the next level. It has so many different sounds available, was easy to build and certainly has the wow factor. I will post an internal shot later. I tried out the tayda glow in the dark powder and couldn’t resist my nod to Andy Dwyer.

The glowing enclosure is a great idea for a Lab Rat !

It came out really good. I don‘t know how useful it would be but still looks nice. When its not glowing its pretty close to white so if you wanted a white pedal enclosure that would possibly glow its the way to go. I would say for it to be useful you would need black lights. To get a good charge I had to hold it under my aquariums full spectrum lights. It charged quick but thats the only way I could get it to glow well. For the $1 more I would do it again and will in the future.
