How many of you Lefties like me get frustrated when you pick up an Electric guitar & the tone pots are the wrong taper.

I tried a PRS SE Custom 24 yesterday & the Tone pot from Fully on right around to 10% left before the bloody thing started to cut treble and 5% before it turned to mud.
This is because they use Right Handed Log pots & reverse the wiring instead of using C taper that are readily available.
Shame on you PRS, & that slim Wide neck was shit too!!!

My Fender Tele M I J & J&D Luthiers are both standard with correct taper.

Pots have always been a struggle for me. Luckily I prefer linear volume knobs, that one is easy. For pickguards, pots with short shafts for pedals are easy enough to get with C taper, but sometimes are too stiff.

Good luck finding reverse audio long shaft pots for a Les Paul. Took me ages since my Les Paul came stock with pots that worked backwards (wired right-handed with audio-taper tone knobs).

Another added complication for me is that I’m in the U.K. so shipping from outside the U.K. ends up very high. I did eventually find some alpha brand ones that are full-sized though. They’re even imperial.

I live in Australia which is even more remote but you have to go with the flow if it is outside of your reaches.
