Limiter pedal?

Is there any pedal/PCB really acting as brickwall limiter or something?

What I really need in layman (that's me) therm : A safegard for my ambiant setup doing loops and I don't want my loop being louder than the guitar playing stuff over it.

Do my request makes sense?

Even on Guitar FX Layout, there's about one project that seems doing the trick and I'm not even sure.

Looks like there are a couple that may work in the dynamics section. The Closed Circuit Booster Limiter. The Delegate (use the highest ratio). I recommend you research the pedals they are based on to make sure they cover what you’re looking for.
