Lone King Capacitor Clarification

I'm putting one of these together and came across C3, C4, and C100 & C101.

C3 and 4 on the silkscreen are 220nF but have the footprint of small electrolytic caps. In the build doc they are listed as tantalum. I don't have 0.22uF tants but I do have 0.47uF. Can I use this instead? Are they just decoupling caps before/after the op amp? (schematic isn't in the build doc). I just placed a tayda order and when I searched for "220uF," the tants don't show up and I didn't think of it. They do come up when searching "0.22uF"

For the caps in the power section, can I use 100uF instead of 82?

Aion FX has a schematic: https://aionfx.com/app/files/schematics/king-tone-soloist-trace-schematic.pdf I guess these are the tants in the tone control circuit, so I wouldn't change them. It may not sound bad but certainly won't sound as intended. As for the 82 uF, it won't matter.
