Littelfuse or Coto Technology. You'll find them on Mouser, Digikey etc. I wouldn't trust any electronic component from Amazon or any other site that doesn't specify the manufacturer and part number, with a datasheet available.
NC reeds are extremely uncommon. I think you'd be better off finding a way to work with a NO. You might want to try biasing a NO reed with a fixed magnet so it stays closed, and when the moving magnet comes in, it cancels the field and causes the reed to open.
Pro tip: if the magnet is perpendicular to the reed, you need to aim it at one of the ends, not the centre.
