SOLVED Low tide no signal

Hello-looks like I have to add to the list of low tide troubleshooting posts. Bypass works fine, no signal when on. LED works. Are my SMDs oriented correctly? I seem to get tunnel vision at this stage of builds apparently. Anyone see anything that jumps out?

I figured it out! Then played for an hour because holy shit this thing is amazing, and am now checking back in. The 201 at the top was indeed backwards. I figured it out by soldering cut transistor legs to my DMM, and probing the feet on the smd, vs the legs soldered to the through holes. Thanks for your input! Again, this forum is amazing.
