I combined a Mach1 and Southern Belle in one enclosure. I'm getting severe popping when engaging the footswitches on both pedals. I've swapped out switches and the electrolytic caps but I'm still getting the popping. I've also tried isolating each side as individual circuits to no avail. Does anyone out there have any recommendations on a possible fix for the 3PDT popping?

There a great thread somewhere around here about a combo build with popping and it has about 50x possible solutions for you. Sadly I forget which it was but search for titles with "pop" or "popping" and you will find loads of information and things to try.
It all depends on the parts, their construction, and the circuit. So seeing those things is helpful to the troubleshooting process.

Will do but at the moment I have things disassembled. I have swapped out all the switches, LED, and Capacitors. Swapping out the film caps in the Mach 1 solved the popping on that one. However, despite swapping out all the components mentioned, I'm still getting the brutal pop on the Southern Belle. I guess now I'll try swapping out the IC. Any thoughts?
