Magnetron Delay no/little output

Hello hoping someone can help me figure this one out. I included a video and some pictures but let me know if I can show anything else or clearer pictures. When the pedal is engaged I get a very faint unaffected signal. Unengaged and I get normal signal. When I go through with my signal tracer I can hear the affected signal coming out of the pt2399 chip but by the end of the schematic I'm just getting unaffected dry signal.

Given that you’ve gone through the circuit with a probe already, identify the spot where the signal stop and check all components around it: correct values, solder joints etc.

This is good advice and it's how I was able to diagnose issues with my own magnetron build.

Metslguy55 needs to follow the audio through the schematic. Do you have audio at the level pot? At C7? At R12?

If the pt2399 is giving you effect audio then the pedal is mostly working, there's not a ton of components to check with the audio probe beyond that.

I have affected audio at the level pot but its very quiet, same with c7, r12 is coming though loud and affected. I'm also getting quiet affected audio on one side of R10 but then R11 is loud unaffected audio and its like that the rest of the way to the output.

What are you getting at pin 12 of the pt2399?
