Hi everyone
I recently built a mini heterodyne receiver and it seems to work properly (as far as I can tell, this thing is weird) except for one setting on the osc switch.
On all of the osc switch settings except for position 3 the effect responds to the guitar when playing, however on position 3 I just get some whining.

On IC8 which should control the osc switch, I have continuity with pin 15 and osc sw A (input to rotary), and between pin 7 and the third connection on the rotary.
Does anyone have an idea what the issue might be and how to fix it?
