Mini muffin no pot install

I have an acquaintance that is installing a mini muffin in a guitar. He is copying the original Mark Farner Grand Funk messinger guitar. The new ones don’t have the fuzz installed. He installed one with the toggle instead of the footswitch and it works awesome. He asked if there is a way to install it without the pot?

The original messinger just had a toggle switch to turn on the fuzz, no volume control, just a switch.

For the mini muffin fuzz, jumper pins 2 and 3 and install a 100k resistor between pins 1 and 2. That’s maximum output.

I knew it wasn’t complicated. It makes sense on the 100k resistor since it uses a 100k pot. Thanks for the quick response.

And, like I said, he is putting this in a guitar. How would I wire DPDT toggle in place of the footswitch?

The one on the right should be okay, I've never done it inside a guitar though.
