Hi guys!
I’m writing you from Germany.
This is my first post in this forum, thanks for accepting my registration!
I have a MXR Ten Band EQ (silver edition) that I want to mod from the normal true bypass switch to mute functionality.
Since the ten band eq pedal is always on on my board and I don't want a tuner pedal/external mute, I want to have the possibility of muting everything with the eq-switch (DPDT).
I read an old thread in another forum where the OP did this with a 3PDT switch. He just soldered a line between several contacts – meaning the bypass, ground and the input/output.

On the PCB of my MXR ten band EQ’s switch I just can’t find any labelling of the Ground. 3PDT switches I understand now, but I don’t understand the DPDT switches.
So my question to you guys is:
How can I do that with this DPDT switch?
I’m sure that this task can’t be that hard of a job. But maybe I’m just a fool and don’t get it^^
Please help me out guys.
