Momentary and Latching bypass with tails

I've been looking for a PCB that has the option to have momentary and latching bypass in one.
Basically so you can punch in an effect, like delay, for one measure, a song ending, etc. and let go and the effect would trail off.
But if it also had a toggle to make the effect latching so you could keep it on as well, that would be great.

Pepers did what I'm looking for, but I don't think he sells a PCB or project for it. Also, no programming experience on my end.

There's a pad you ground for momentary or latching operation!

For tails, you'll have to add a separate circuit.
