Never deactivate the thermal relief check!

Hi lovers of the computer aided pcb design,

let me tell you to never deactivate the nagging thermal relief check in Kicad!!

You notice that the two GND pads only have a connection to the small area of the GND plane.
I thought that Kicad tells me that there is no connection to the GND network...
Took me a while. I bet my other mysterious problem with a pcb on hold is also related to this.
Maybe I should consider upgrading to Kicad 9 and check.

That didn't throw an error for being an unconnected island? I can't see any connection between those pads/pour and an actual connection to the GND net. That should be a separate error than a violation of the thermal relief design rules.

But there isn‘t another error. I deleted all the ignored checks and the thermal relief check was the only one I ever added manually l. No error. Only when I remove the small plane. I will install the newest release later and recheck.

YES! I alwys run the checks on the schematic and on the pcb multiple times before sending the files to jlcpcb.
Solved my huge mind numbing problem
But I have to admit that I would have found the error when I would have used the continuity tester on all pads instead of just checking for VB and the area around it.

I will search for this ERC misbehavior and ask on the Kicad forum most probably.
