New verson muffin fuzz rled resistor value

Just wandering what the c15 and rled on the new version of the muffin fuzz are for. I don't see them called out on any of the builds.

Update: The build document was updated today to show the c15 values. rled resistor is still missing, I'm assuming it's 1k to 4.7k.
