So... 470R 5W resistors, the Ohmite vitreous enamel brown devil type resistors. The ones on the original tweeds.... Ordered some from Newark. They started in Gaffney then went to Greenville, then back to Gaffney then to Greenville *again*, then to GUAM and are now in HAWAII. 
My resistors have traveled more in a week than I have in a lifetime..... I'll probably get postcards of them setting next to Gnomes in peoples yards....
