Fed-ex Seasonal Sunday delivery. This would have been my late wife's 69th birthday. My Fiancé bought me this for Christmas, so Kismet in a way.

Deep throaty tones! Digging it. So different than my D18... both are solid wood, no plywood. Crazy resonance....

Plays like a dream. This guitar is definitely not a she tho, like my D18 I'd say "she's a beauty" but the J200 is more like "Dude is one bad ass axe!" Anyone who's seen the acoustic version of "Wish You Were Here" knows this is the model Gilmour uses for that song. Of course that was the first song I played. I am totally stoked. ROCK ON BROTHERS!

I think this strap's colors complements the abalone's colors....

I was maybe 20 years old on my way home from college and stopped into Elderly Instruments for the first time. When I walk into the acoustic area of the shop, I see a 1957 SJ-200 staring me in the face. I go to pick it up and hit my first chord on that guitar. I can still hear and feel that sound and have been chasing that ever since. Enjoy it! Its a beautiful instrument!

Oh crap, I am on a roll. Just plunked down $1700ish on a 100watt AB763 circuit 1969 silverface twin reverb. Just the 4 stop sign rca 6L6 and the orange label Utah speakers are worth the asking price.

Oh sure I could have built one but this will be here THIS Christmas not next. And it would have cost me more 💲💲💲
