NJM5534D substitute?

The MC1439 should sub nicely for the NJM5534D. The only significant difference between them is that the NJM5534 has a Slew-Rate of 13V/µs with a BJT (low impedance) input while the MC1439 has a Slew-Rate of 6V/µs with a BJT (low impedance) input. The difference is not retable by the human ear. Mouser has them.

The NJM5532/NE5532 will also sub nicely for the NJM5534D. The only significant difference between them is that the NJM5534 has a Slew-Rate of 13V/µs with a BJT (low impedance) input while the NJM5532 has a Slew-Rate of 9V/µs with a BJT (low impedance) input. The difference is not retable by the human ear. Mouser has them.
There's one other significant difference that might bear mentioning: 5534 is a single opamp and 5532 is a dual.

Well...no.

There's quite a bit of difference between them, and you absolutely can't sub a 5532 for a 5534 without extensively redesigning the circuit - one is a single and one is a dual

Ack! You guys are right. Thanks for the catch. I copied/pasted the wrong part number when responding. Ive edited my original response to correct.
