No octave on War Scythe fuzz pedals

I built two War Scythe pedals and the Octave does not really work on both of them. If you have all the foot switches down you get an anemic signal. With just the octave switch down you lose the guitar signal. Both the left and right fuzz are working great. With pedals sound nearly identical and have the same problem. Is there something mismarked on the screen print? It seemed like the anode pads where mismarked.

Same issue here. Still not sure where the issue is. been troubleshooting for days.

Do some visual inspection. Maybe the stomp switch is miswired, hard to tell from the photos.
