SOLVED No Wet Signal from BuggFX Daydream

If anyone have any suggestion to this problem, I would appreciate it if you could let me know.
There is no wet signal from day dream. I confirm the signal is not coming out from pin 28 of FV-1 using audio probe. Also, dry signal is found at pin 1 of FV-1 and output without any problem. So, I think the TL072s work fine and something wrong with FV-1, 24LC32A, and its around.
Here is the voltages of all pin of ICs. I utilized the mix nob at center and others are pin 1 on measuring.

I could not solder the pin 18 and 19 actually. I had a beginner mistake measuring soldering point of PCB.
I updated the voltages of FV-1 as follows.
