Nobelium , treble problem

hy , i just finished to build a nobelium kit from klaus but when i turn treble knob to maxim is cutting bass frequency
is this normal ?
anyone ? any advice would be great

ps :first part of the track is with bass cut off and treble dynamic , the second part is with bass full and treble dynamic

For a flat response you want the Bass and Treble on 0, if you turn the Bass up it increases the bass response but if you leave the Bass on 0 and turn up the Treble then the treble increases and it will cut some of the bass as well.
Nobelium uses a standard Fender tone stack except the mid is set with a resistor instead of a pot, you can see it if you use the TSC on the web page.
Leave the Mid RM on 10 and then play with the Bass and Treble sliders to see what it does, I have put the right values in for you at this link :


You can change the values to see what it does and then you can modify it if you like a better setting, click on EDIT and then change the RM value (Mid Pot) to 10k and then click APPLY to lessen the big mid dip. (remember to leave RM slider on 10 all the time)
RM is R21 in the Nobelium circuit and this is usually a mid pot in a standard Fender tonestack.

EDIT: In a Fender tonestack you should always start with the Bass on 0, Mid on 10, Treble on 0, this is the flat response in that tonestack.
