SOLVED Obsidius preamp led not working

Hi,
I would need a bit of help with my obsidius preamp build.

I just finished the build and the led doesn't light up. The sound seems to work fine, it seems to be only a led problem.

I checked that the led was working ( with a 3v battery) and it is. Since I have no education in electronics I have a hard time troubleshooting the issue (I built a few pedals and a small tube amp before).

Do you have any hints on what I could measure or check?

anode is + cathode -.

double check R100 value.
