This is the 4th iteration of the ocelot that I've built. I use only the oct1 voice, no oct2 or dry but find my stock build with this setting too quiet for live use (just like my mid 90's boss OC-2). Most of the methods I tried to increase the volume were flawed, introducing noise and/or distortion. I was somewhat happy with the version that used an lbp1 and a vong lpf but that one still changed the tone and feel enough to bother me. This one with just the Frequency Interchange still feels right. It seemed like overkill at first but it's providing me with just the right filter and plenty of boost with no noise, distortion nor coloration.

It sounds awesome. So good that I might be done building ocelots. No promises.
