Overdrive before a Nobelium in my signal chain

I havn't started my search for parts yet.
The Origin Effect Cali 76 uses a footswitch that doesn't click. I thought it was the case of all momentary footswitches ? Or maybe I make confusion between "momentary" and "non latching" ? If so that's because English is not my native tongue.
I'm looking for a relay circuit that can be activated by a push button that looks like a footswitch. I hope I make myself understandable.

EDIT : after some researches, it appears that these type of switches are called SPST.

I think it is the "Momentary Single Throw" (ST) part that makes it not click, there is no contacts that has to latch in or change from NO to NC.
You should be able to get more then a single pole (SP) type that does not click as well so DPST and 3PST momentary ones should be fine as well.
The P stands for pole and lets you know how many different switches are in there and the throw is how many positions you can select, a dual rotary switch with 8 positions would be DP8T.
I would love to find a quiet momentary switch that fits in the space of the normal 3PDT stomp switch we always use, it would make it so easy to make up a small PCB to add relay switching or transistor switching.
