Parentheses 2020 Troubleshoot

I've been troubleshooting this one for awhile but to no avail.. This is only my second build so any support would be helpful.
Current Issues:

• Clean tone through when octave and distortion foot switches are engaged.
• No sound when boost switch is engaged, picking up interference (grounding issue?)
• All LED's are working when each foot switch is engaged.

I followed through the schematic and checked continuity and voltages. Continuity in the foot switches looks good and I didn't detect any unwanted connections. I am able to follow voltage readings with two (2) locations where I can't get a stable reading (multi meter reading jumps around). One location is between Q1 and R3 (no reading at and left of R3) and between C16 and R22 (no reading at and right of R22). Also reading voltages on the potentiometers, I can only get a stable reading at the distortion pot.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I would examine all those solder joints that look balled up, that usually indicates the solder balled up on the lead and didn't take to the pad, your solders should look like a tiny Hershey's kiss

What's with the capacitor on the bottom side? Higher res photos would help.
