Parenthesis fuzz issues

So I have a few issues I with this build. 1st of all, the octave doesn't really do anything, 2nd, on the rotary switch, there is literally no difference between the first setting and the 2nd. I'm using 1n34a for d1 and d2, as well as d5 and d9. Also, replaced the 2n5089's with 2n5088's until my 89's come in the mail. This circuit seems just a little off. Please help.

same problems over here.but the octave is also cutting the signal with the boost/distortion on.
everything else is working fine.

Fixed...the russian Ge-Diods were placed backwards...like so often...

You need to check all your Resistors, 2K2 looks wrong
