Deductively...
C5 on the board = C4 on the BOM..
C10 on the board = C100 on the BOM.
C9 on the board looks like C101 on the BOM
There is no R100 on the board, or LED
R7 is listed as 4.65k, which is interesting
D100 on the BOM is D1 on the board
But I would trace the board and compare it to the PPCB schematic to be sure. The gain issue you are having could be due to one of the transistors not being biased properly, because a resistor is in the wrong spot

I suppose too, I traced it and only found the R2/R3 mismatch. I'll try a again
I compared it to the schematic and it is correct. No wrong resistors or anything, capacitors are in their place too. BUT i realised I used 20K pot for the Tone control instead of the 25K, and the capacitor C7 is 33nF instead of 27nf, because my local shop didnt have these values....Could this be the cause?

No, both of those just affect the EQ. I would breadboard the circuit and see if it sounds the same
