SOLVED Pedal powers on, but no sound through bypass or effects. Does this wiring look correct?

Seems like I always run into some sort of issue when building every pedal. I think I got the wiring right based on the diagram. I didn't add a battery so I used a mono input jack instead of stereo. Can I get a second set of eyes on it? TIA.

You need to swap the middle two green & black wire on the stompswitch PCB. You have them backwards.

Thanks for the reply. Here's a better shot of those wires. Black on the right, green on the left. That should be right based on the diagram, no?

It looks like you have the ground lug of your output jack wired to the signal lug of your input jack

I think I wired that jack backwards. The ground terminal is on the other side of the jack.

The input jack is definitely wired backwards. Green to sleeve and black to tip.
